De Proefzaak is a beer hall on the ENKA site in Ede. The restaurant offers dinner with a tasty and simple menu. The menu only uses fresh, local and delicious products. For this we collaborate with Neder Groep, they deliver directly from the farmer to De Proefzaak. That’s better for you, better for the environment and better for the farmer.

Kleiburg Brewery beer is also available. The Klei Monastery, started in 2015 by a small group of people, has old monastic traditions. One of these traditions is beer brewing and that is why the monastery beer is brewed with love every day.
